Honda Integra Type R DC2

I purchased this legendary machine through Yahoo Auction Japan with the help of my agent in Tokyo, prior to my arrival for Tokyo Auto Salon 2026.  I wanted a car that I can drive when I'm in Tokyo, so I can drive to Daikoku PA myself, go to various driving spots to experience touge in my own car.

Spec & Modifications

This DC2 build is meant to be an almost complete restomod of a legendary machine!  It already came with in very good condition, much better than I anticipated; but still, for a car that is close to 30 years old, it does need some maintenance in order to have many more years of driving to come.  So with that, I am sparing no expense in doing a proper restomod, with the help of my friends at Drivers Lounge JP!  If you know them, yes, Josh will be my mechanic for this one and I can't wait to drive it when it's completely done!

Future Projects

AS the DC2 is already going through a very extensive list of restomod, there is currently no plans to modify it further.  Oh, it was missing the audio unit when I purchased it, so I might need to get something in there.  Let's see.

As a legendary FWD track car back in the 90's, I am also thinking of getting a second set of wheels and track tires prior to importing it from Tokyo to Toronto, so I can occasionally take it to the track to  have it re-live its glory.  Stay tuned.....
