Honda Prelude (BB6)
The Honda Prelude was a street icon in the 90's, and has been one of the top tuning car of choice by street racers and tuners. Purchased in 2023, it was purchased to fulfill a dream that I never had back in the late 90's. Now every time I sit in this Prelude, no matter at what age, I feel like I am 22 again!
Spec & Modifications
This Honda Prelude BB6 came with the body kit shown when I purchased it. It came with a AEM cold air intake as well as a lowering kit. To boost the sound, a high-flo cat and Invidia Q300 exhaust was installed.

Future Projects
This Prelude does have its problem that would require quite a bit of work.

Since changing the cat-back exhaust and high-flo cat, it eventually started blowing out black smoke, as well causing quite a bit of exhaust smell both at the exhaust and in the cabin. What would be the problem? I'm thinking it's the engine...

This Prelude would likely become the base of me learning about automotive repairs. I would likely have to go through the following list to fix this issue. Let me know what you think!

1. Engine compression test to check the health of each cylinder
2. Take apart the engine and clean everything on the head from the valves to chamber
3. Change all gaskets and seals
4. Hope for the best......
