This is the pure, uninterrupted sound of a naturally aspirated K20A screaming up the Hakone Turnpike in a Honda Integra Type R DC5. Zero traffic, zero interruptions, just VTEC and asphalt.

The Build

  • Suspension: Öhlins coilovers

  • Brakes: Project Mu

  • Wheels: Work Emotion with Dunlop Direzza ZIII tires

  • Styling: C-West body kit

  • Safety: full interior roll cage

Two Angles

The run was captured with an in-cabin picture-in-picture driver view and a side-mounted chase camera, catching high-RPM VTEC pulls and heavy cornering on this dialed-in track build.

Final Thoughts

A clear road on Hakone is rare, and this run made the most of it.

K20A or B18C: which VTEC sounds better to you? Let me know in the comments!
