Upcoming Visit: Japan, October 2026
I'm heading back to Japan this month for about three weeks, and this page is my plan for the trip. If you're putting together your own JDM trip, use it as a reference for what's happening in Japan this autumn. If you'll be at any of these events or spots, come say hi. Plans can shift, so I'll keep this page updated as the trip goes.
This trip's car is a Civic Type R FD2, my first time behind the wheel of one. Videos from the trip go up on YouTube on Saturday mornings, so subscribe to follow along.
Tokyo & Yokohama | Daikoku PA nights, plus a Sunday morning run
Tokyo Bay | Umihotaru PA, the backup plan when Daikoku closes
Fuji Speedway | R's Meeting, the all-GT-R gathering, from Hakosuka to R35
Fuji Speedway | B2B Japan Car Show, a big day of builds and tuners
Suzuka Circuit | NSX Day, a full day dedicated to Honda's NSX
Tokyo to Osaka | My first long drive in the FD2, with stops at Osaka spots from the map
